EU certified organic

Certified organic, where it matters

Some of our teas are certified organic under EU rules and carry the EU organic logo and SK-BIO certification code on the packaging. These include Stinging Nettle, Pot Marigold and Sea Buckthorn & Rosehip.

We only describe a tea as organic when it has been officially certified, so you can shop with confidence and know exactly what you’re getting.

Made in Slovakia by Agrokarpaty

Agrokarpaty herbal teas are made from plants grown in the clean mountain environment of Slovakia’s High Tatras. Each blend is developed by specialists with long experience in traditional European herbal practice, using natural plant ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours or aromas.

Dolche Botanicals is a small UK company that brings the Agrokarpaty Elixir range to customers across Britain.

Questions, answered

Where do your teas come from?

Our teas are made in Slovakia by Agrokarpaty, a herbal tea producer working in the traditions of Central European herbal practice. Each product page lists every ingredient in the order the maker gives it.

Are your teas organic?

Some of them. Stinging Nettle, Pot Marigold and Sea Buckthorn & Rosehip are certified organic under EU rules. If a product page does not say organic, that tea is not certified organic.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders received by 2pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. We deliver to UK addresses only, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return unopened, sealed packs. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Are your teas medicines?

No. They are herbal teas, sold as food. Our product pages describe how the herbs have traditionally been used in European herbal practice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before trying a new herbal tea.
